Our Policy Statement and Your Guarantees
Our Policy is to supply a range of high fashion footwear and accesories at fair and reasonable prices, and to provide a service to our customers of the highest standard we can attain
Discretion is our business. All deliveries are made in plain, unmarked packages. We are happy to cooperate with Special requests for endorsement on the package, such as "Electronic Components" (except where customs regulations apply) Just let us know if this would help. Your name and address is never sold to a mailing list, or to anyone. You will never receive unsolicited mail. Ultimate Shoes does not participate in any mailing list programs, except for our voluntary e-mailing list.
Returns - We guarantee our products. If you don't like them we will take them back. Any product may be returned in unmarked condition for any reason and a full refund will be given less only the cost of postage. Returns must be sent back within 14 days
Exchanges - Any shoes may be returned, in unmarked condition, for exchange for a different size or colour and a replacement pair will be sent at no charge except for the cost of shipping the new pair. Item for excahnge must be returned within 14 days
Cancellation - By law in the UK you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it. If you do this you are entitled to a refund of your money. If you do, your money will be refunded to you without delay. To cancel an order, just contact us.
Complaints - We hope you won't have any, but if you do, our stated Complaints Procedure is set out here
Security - Our site is secure for sending personal information. We use 128 bit encryption with SSL. If you have any concerns about security contact Stephen
Privacy - The only information collected about you is that which you give when you make an order by e-mail, our secure server, by telephone, fax or post. We do not collect information about customers for any reason other than that information required to process an order. We comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2000. Your details are held in our files for no longer than is absolutely necessary. Your details are never passed to anyone outside this company, or used for any purpose other than the transaction to which they relate.
