If you want to ask any questions before you order, just send an e-mail, and we'll answer your question as soon as we can.
When we have received your order we will process it for you and we will e-mail you back with an order number for your confirmation. That's all there is to it. Your order will be dispatched to you as soon as possible, and in most cases that will be the same day

How much do I pay?
You pay the price of the shoes, plus the cost of shipping to you (details below). If you use the Shopping Cart Online system it will work it all out for you.
Note: We do not make a charge for credit card payments

Shipping Costs
- Please add the following for shipping charges (per order)
- UK - Shoes and Sandals £3.95, Boots £5.95
- Europe - Shoes and Sandals £6.50, Boots £8.50
- USA - Free of Charge for all footwear stated as Imported from USA - otherwise as for Rest of World
- Rest of World - Shoes and Sandals £10.00, Boots £15.00
The charge for breast forms is the same as for boots. Clothing is delivered free of charge
Within the UK you can guarantee delivery before 1.00.p.m. Next Day. Add £4.00 and request Next Day Guaranteed Service (orders must be received before 12 noon the day before delivery is required) Saturday deliveries ARE NOW GUARANTTED

Cheques
We accept any cheque drawn in UK pounds Sterling.
Please make cheques payable to Ultimate Shoes
International Money Orders - These are really cheques in UK pounds sterling that you can buy at your bank. When you know how much your shoes are you can go and get one of these from your bank and post it to us. Simple and fairly cheap.
Cash - we accept cash in pounds sterling only

Delivery - All deliveries are made in plain, unmarked packages.
- Standard delivery is by first class post within the UK, airmail for deliveries outside the UK. Within the UK a Next Day Guaranteed service is available at an extra cost of £4.00
- Don't forget, if receiving a parcel is difficult for you, you can arrange to collect it from your local post office. Most countries around the world offer this service which is called "Poste Restante". Ask at your post office for details.
- If it helps you, we are happy to endorse the package "Electronic Components", or anything you want (except where customs regulations apply)
