If your order is in stock it will be sent right away. In the UK you can be fairly sure you will receive it within 1 - 2 days. You can guarantee receiving it before 1.00.p.m. the next day by requesting the Next Day Guaranteed Service at an extra cost of £4.00. Orders for Next Day Guaranteed must be received by us by 12 noon the day before delivery is required. Saturday deliveries ARE NOW GUARANTEED.
If your order is not in stock then delivery will usually be within 14 days. However, if we receive an order for something not in stock we will contact you, tell you how long it will be, and you can decide if you wish to proceed. We will also offer you any alternatives which may be in stock.

Items for delivery outside the UK obviously will take longer to arrive. We use air mail for overseas deliveries, and anywhere in the world rarely takes longer than 5 - 7 days.
Are the sizes on your web site mens or ladies sizes?
In the UK there is no difference between mens and ladies sizes. However, a shoe for a man will be made with a different shape than one for a lady. Generally speaking, a male should order his usual mens size (except where otherwise stated). Our Ruby and Milan Collection shoes are made with a shape more compatible to a man's foot.
What happens if the size is wrong?
If you wish to exchange any item because the size or colour is wrong, then if you return them to us we will replace them for you at no extra cost except for the postage of the new pair. You must return items for exchange within 14 days
What if I don't like them, or want to return them for a refund for any reason?
We will refund the full cost of the product if they are returned to us in unworn condition. However you must return them within 14 days of receiving them. We cannot refund after this time (except in the case of a defect). We may make an administration/re-stocking charge of £5
What if the product is defective?
If the product is defective or faulty for any reason we will refund the full price paid including delivery charges, and we will also refund the cost of you returning the product to us. Items returned as defective must be returned to us within a reasonable time. A reasonable time is usually 28 days. Alternatively, if you request we may replace the item at no cost if a replacement is available. These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights.
Is it safe to order over the Internet by credit card?
Yes, it is on our site. This is because we use a sophisticated secure server to hold your orders, and when you give your credit card details they are encrypted and held where only we can obtain them. For the technically minded, we use a system which supports 128 bit encryption and SSL. We only keep your details for as long as we need to.
Will I receive promotional material or junk mail as a result of giving you my details?
No, absolutely not. We respect the privacy of all our customers, and we do not ever pass your details on to anyone else. We do not participate in any mailing list programs, except for our e-mail mailing list which you only go onto if you specifically ask to. You will never receive junk mail or other promotional material as a result of ordering from us or contacting us. Unlike many other web sites, our web site does not even use cookies or other tracking devices, so when you browse our site we are not collecting information about you.
Do you have a shop I can visit?

Can I have my order shipped to me by FedEx, DHL or UPS, even if I pay extra?
We are sorry, but no. We do not have these courier facilities.
