Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event of you having a complaint about the goods or services received from this company, we would like you to know that it is our policy to do our best to resolve all complaints as fast as possible and to the customer's satisfaction.

If you have a complaint about delay in your order, please contact us and we will either give you a firm date for delivery of your order, or if we cannot then we will provide you with the best estimate we can. If you are not satisfied then we will refund all money paid immediately.

If you have a complaint about the quality of your order, please contact us and we will investigate your complaint and tell you if we accept it within 3 working days of you returning the goods to us. If we agree with you then we will offer you replacement goods or we will refund all money paid immediately, including the cost of you returning the goods to us, as you prefer. If we do not agree with you we will tell you why, and we will offer to return the goods to you (at your expense) or we will refund your money less an administration charge of 5 pounds.
